I'm suprised the girl didnt cry rape or some shit like that and our friend Abdi would of got a good sentence and some physical abuse from the police. Truth be told a young, black, foriegn male vs a white american girl, the result has only one outcome.

Miskiin, u can tell he had too much faith in America, specially in Virginia etc.....cant say he didnt learn his lesson.

Same sh!d happen to me once, It was a white girl, a white cab driver and two white officers against me in a small white town. They made me sit a curb, I didnt even bother to talk, argue etc I was convinced I was done. I can hear them pleading with her to give them anything etc. But she was like "he is my friend, I cant believe u are fakkin treating him like this, can I leave etc", I swore off of white women and small towns right then and then.

The farax did not reason well. If I see the situation like that, I would have probably find another place because I know someone needs somewhere. I do not like the farax left his stuff at the room. The guy he is no responsible man and I am sure the girl did knew this farax behaviour for a long time and this time she exploded and threw his stuff out.
I am sure the farax did not evaluate the situation well and he did not calculate how long this process would take to solve it.

I am man. When I see something provoking me. I always ask myself what is the result? The result always matters, I do not want to see police in front of me because young girl took my seat. how low I can go from there.

Kudos to the brother for standing up for his rights. It is a matter of principle. It is very rude to try to occupy a study room which is already being used, even worse to take another student's personal items out of a study room, it is very unreasonable to then refuse to share the room and it is completely absurd to call the police to deal with such an issue. Doesn't the library have a manager?

Like someone said, this wouldn't fly in the UK.

It is probably because almost every Somali American on this thread and probably every black person in that uni or state has let the police and people like that girl treat them like second class citizens, and get away with it, that such things happen in this day and age. Know your rights and stand up for yourselves!

He is probably a dude who has no clues about how things work in the States. If he was smart he would have let it go, his argumentative nature got him in trouble. It was 100% his fault. If you leave your table then expect somebody else to take it. 7 minutes is too long. In state universities people are afraid to just go to the toilet let alone going back to your aparmtent to retrieve an item.

Silly move on his part

BV, the U.K and the States are not equal in rights. The Englishman had an epire that stretched the world, he feels he is more inclusive and understands the foreigner since he ate from their land during the clonial years. The Americans are different, they tell you about your rights as they arrest you.

The first time I came to U.K i saw some dude arguing with a police officer, I couldnt believe it, in the States the feds would have shot you and asked questions later. U.K police are miskeen, Somalis in UK have rights, it is unwise to compare your situation with the States.

RuralM you're probably right, a lot of the first immigrants to the UK were brought over by the empire and so today there's a sense of collective ownership although behind closed doors and when reporting and debating on news people can be very racist.

Nevertheless no one can get away with being racist or discriminating openly and that is because people who do that get called on it. It would be on the news, there would be outrage, the officers would be forced to apologise and would probably get suspended. You have to call these people on it when they do something unacceptable, otherwise nothing will ever change.

Call the ACLU, get on the liberal media and join forces with the commies and anarchists to cause havoc on the campus through constant protests. That's how injustice get's changed.
