username that sounds like a good plan, but somaliland has a duty to look after its minority tribes such as the warsangali, dhulbahante, gabooye etc. Making sure minority populations are looked after and cared for is a fundamental step in insuring a long lasting peace in the country.
instead of taking their land, locking them up, making them refugees you should introduce new policies to make them feel unhumilated which is how they feel right now.

When God has made as the Majority aafka caruurta SNM Minority nagama dhigaso.. like their ppl.

Accomodating the different tribal entities as well as those who have a fundamental disagreement with us is an essential part of democracy , we understand that .
