Col Barre gave us weapons, he never particiated in the battle personally, he wasn't leading any militia nor was he confronting the enemy in any front. Majeerteen was protected from a genocide and in return Mareexaan lost their own land because we were back stabbed, thats what happened. if you think thats dumb, take it up with the military commanding officers, Col Cabdicasis Cali Barre is still alive today. tell him he should not have gone to war for your parents lives and your tribes survival.
also, Wagardhac is a Mareexaan tribe, dividing Mareexaan does not work, when will you learn that. Puntland funded the massacre of more than 50 Wagardhac odiyaal 15 km west of Gelinsoor and you have the nerve to talk about us, shameless is what you are.

First off all, back stabbed by whom?
You're acting like you did something special, war they walked all over you, how on earth would they reach Gaalkacyo if you were so brave? I said it many times: Col Barre wasn't leading any militia, nor was he confronting USC in any fronts, he only gave usweapons and left.
Besides majeerteen drove the Somali National Army out from of their degaan ( there was no single SNA soldier from bari to Mudug by 1989, making us the first clan that 'liberated' their region ) and you're talking about a ragtag clanmilitia who couldnt even pass Gaalkacyo.
We are cool with Wagardhac and they are cool with us. Do you know with whom they sided during the JVA days? Even after they fought Reer khalaf a wagardhac poet called them 'gob'
