its very hard to train a navy in a landlocked land, specially if that land is ethiopia, however when the trainers will be US staff, its worth considering. Americans are not known for accomplishing great achievements on political or economical fronts, however they are very successful when providing training on the ground. therefore I have mixed feelings about this.

its not a great secret that Ethiopian policy is to keep somalis fed through there Abyssinian kitchen.. wished instead our police got trained... we can all feel that puntland police is very weak, considering the high profile assassinations in harti land over the years...
