Vigilantee action is not allowed Islam. The homosexual is only killed if he promotes his homosexual actions in public. This is done in an Islamic state, where the qaadi prosecutes him. If a person has homosexual inclinations, but does not promote that he has homosexual relations, then there is no Hukm in there.
What happens in private doors only becomes the responsibility of the state if such an action is harming other people.
