eastleigh is a dump site and anything built in it will also be just as garbage. i have never seen a place where so many modern (all glass) buildings are being developed and yet its immediate surrounding areas are considered to be one of the filthiest sites in Kenya. inside of these hotels might look average but as soon as you step outside you will feel like you are totally in different planet.

what eastleigh needs most is developmental strategy---a complete overhaul.

these will include designing proper sewage system, garbage collection sites, paving streets and many more.
