I normally don't comment on the nonesense you write but what company with a market capitalization of 822.5K and current making in a huge loss can undertake such oil drilling? You don't seem to know the difference between exploration and drilling.
It seems like no one understands the issues or the news surrounding the exportation rights in Puntland. Africa Oil which is a small company is running away from Puntland and has transfered its interest to Denovo Capital Corp( which is a even smaller company) in order to reduce their risks. I don't know what paper chasing Monk is talking about but companies' are running from the $45.5million worth exploration right in Puntland just like the banks were running away from those toxic subprime debts during the recession. In other words its a shit deal and they are selling off their exploration rights.
