I don't care what you've heard, I speak truth regardless. If the world is a test, what makes you so sure that homosexuality cannot be another one of those tests that need to be overcome by those born into it? Like poverty, disability, etc.

You are correct when you say that human sexuality is complex. Some here seem to think homosexuality is some sort of life style choice, like being a vegetarian, even though research and evidence does not point towards this simple view of human sexuality.

Anyway, even if it was a conscious lifestyle choice I still wouldn't care. What two adults do behind closed doors is their business. To each his own and I can't judge.

There isn't a single biological reasoning for homosexuality. It actually defies the universal law of reproduction and evolutionary biology as we know it. There has never been a single geneticist anywhere who presented sound or even unsound evidence for the ludicrous claim that homosexual orientation is congenital let alone genetic. None, whatsoever. Homosexuality is not biological, its not a curse, its not a punishment, its a choice. Just like we make choices about various things on any given day, some men choose that lifestyle, out of their free-will, because Allah does not punish anyone for an affliction he caused to begin with. Its moronic and rather simplistic to depict it as such.

The prime directive that all living things share is survival and reproduction. Every living thing on this planet reproduces, from single cell organisms to the most complex such as ourselves. In a homosexual union, there is no reproduction. Our brains are wired in to seeking a mate and reproducing, its done in many forms including what behavioral psychologists call copulatory imperative i.e. the subconcious desire for males to spread their seed. In animals, its even more primitive, more visible and less cognitive, mating seasons, the release of pheromones in both males and females. In humans, the ovulation cycle in women, semen composition in men, sex hormones, etc. These are all things which indicate we are here to mate & reproduce, to leave some of our DNA markers behind, to increase our chances for survival, etc.

There's no excuse for choosing such a lifestyle. Both from a religious point of view and from a biological one. It might be psychological, often times young boys who are molested are much more likely to become homosexual than boys who never were. It might have to do with such trauma and subsequent conditioning that ensued. There's even research to suggest after such experiences, the amygdala of these boys is affected, which causes them to turn gay. It might be their cerebrum, which MRI specs have indicated are different compared to that in straight men, etc.

I don't buy any of it, its a lifestyle and I'll take what the Qur'an and Sunnah have said any day than all the hogwash that's out there. Its unnatural and against all moral codes with the exception of Western values. Only white people seem to think its something to be proud of and parade. Its filth and inexcusable.

Homosexuality is NOT genetically encoded; it all has to do with upbringing/environment. You can have identical twins (meaning they have the exact same DNA) where one turns gay and the other straight. It is largely an environmentally induced disorder.
