Two way step to enforce the reunification of a self-imposed secession.

1. Hire covert militants to wage a proxy war against the Somaliland pseudo-military with support from paramilitary troops from either Al shabab or Sheikh Atam. Continue to fund these troops until Somaliland militia is demoralized. they should not directly engage with the enemy and utilize clan militias to desecrate hailed historical mouments, blaming it on the Somaliland militia. Surely, the people will uprise against the Somaliland troops and support any oncoming liberating force.

2. Send Al shabab's 3,000 core special forces unit and sweep through Somaliland and establish law and order. Thus the whole nation of Somalia shall be under Amir godane.

thats over 2.2 million.. not including the other 800,000 in kilinka shanad and Djibouti
and a division is 10 to 15,000 men not a million
and somalia did not have any divisions.
