There was a long running assumption that Puntland has a right to the PM. There are other clans that can fulfill the D-Block seat. As for isbaaro's, PL has been setting isbaaros at donor conferences and on the high seas for years.

It was PL that worked hard to sabotage the development of Galmudug State. It was PL that claimed that they helped administer and provide aid to South Mudug.

My isbaaro mate will not even seen crumbs being thrown at PL. Yet, your lack of principles will see you sneak through the backdoor for a handout while your Punthopian kin protest at the front.

Don't get naive with me sxb, what is due Puntland in continuing the progress being made there no thug will packet besides that, of course promoting reconciliation and carrying the people with us and winning their support has always been our priority. Unfortunately, do to clan hypocrisy our leaders have been alienated. Take Abdullahi Yusuf for instance, he was castigated in some quarters for using Ethiopian troops to massacre a Hawiye population in order to avenge the massacre of the Darood in and around Mogadishu at the outset of the civil war. No one has ever accused Sheikh Sharif of massacring the Hawiye in Mogadishu by the equal use of foreign firepower, simply because he himself is Hawiye. Hopefully you can wake up from you sleep because what is disabling Somalia are that kind of clan hypocrisy.
