Definitely better than I can manage although nice healthy portions of red meat on that plate would be more appetizing.

i never eat meat with sauce anymore, I just make a plain red sauce and then later on make some cheesy pasta. I'm pro-white meat all the way now.

I dont understand how anyone can eat a banana with food like that. Actually, with any food at all. Be it hot/cold, lunch/dinner, desert/snack. Bloody horrible....

You should check out a book called "Clean" by a NY cardiologist called Dr. Alexandro Junger.
Its bound to change what you put in to your body. I'm reading it now. Great summer book.

Can I come over? just to taste the lamb and the churros of course.
Today I barbaqued chicken legs and served it with greek salad and cold celery soup.

Interesting. I always thought pasta and adding moos to everything was an Italian Somaliland thing.
1Londoner, when i eat rice I prefer moos with it. When I eat past I prefer moos with it. When I eat lasagna, I prefer moos with it. When I make a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich i add moos to it. When I canjeero and shaax, I prefer to eat moos with it. When i eat oodkac or stew I prefer a side of moos with it.
