people in hargeisa call the fence 'arxan goys'.Because in the old hargeisa we never had so many high fences like now days. We use to sit in front of our house and chit chat with neighbors play hide n seek and socialize. We would know what is going on the houses closest proximity this is impossible with such high gated fences everybody locks their front gate and does their thing within their backyard.
