Used to be my regular breakfast as a kid. When did we lose Somalinimo horta? I can't remember the last time my family had canjeelo, liver, malawax, oodkac, suqaar, kidneys, or any of the traditional Somali breakfast I had as kid.

Dude, if you get Canjeelo or Laxoox, and you put one canjeelo down on a pan and put on top of it ukun that you added sugar to it then on top of it you cover up with another laxoox.

Anyway none of the traditional Somali cuunto reminds me of my childhood, because I still eat it all the time!

We call it CANJEELO iyo LAXOOX both. But, not "Canjeero".

I think anyone who lived a good life in Somalia, probably knew how to make it. It's a RICH DISH for a kid.
