Lionshit, If you think I am going to support someone because he/she claims to be a muslim, you must be mistaken! Simply pasting and copying articles from so called islamic sites would never make you a good muslim. Don't ever think islam is a religion against criticism. Never ever think muslims would reason in the same way.

It is a somali trait to become partime islamists on the Internet and coffee houses while their behaviour is against all that islam stands for. It is amazing how somalis swallow wahabism which is against the basics of islam.

I give credit where it is due. I don't blindly cheerlead ppl simply because they claim to be muslims. My praises and condemnations are merely the result of what ppl write and so far the so called KUFRS employ better convincing tactics not to mention their style of arguing.

But that does not mean I absorb everything they say.


P.s you are dead wrong if you believe that somalis are 100% muslims. We have atheists, christians and animists. The only thing that unites us is language, culture and geography.

If there is an islamic issue, there is a forum called "islam". Ppl should post there and let those who have knowledge about islam answer it.


Now let us take this thread. The slitzy sister copied and pasted an alleged hadith which at a second look defies reasoning and logic- important elements when debating faith. This is an easy catch/prey for non muslims to attack.

Cawar, This is an open forum and the goal is to engage in a debate and discuss. Surely, what is happening to islam in general needs to be criticised. OUr faith is being hijacked, our ppl are being brainwashed, the foundations of our faith (peace, love, unity) are being abused. We should be abe to criticize those who are using the name of our faith to promote cultural causes. We should say NO to wahabism and its destructive camel fuccking, childmolesting philosophy. It is not islam.

Constructive criticism is more than wlc in Islam and in any sound mind, but yours have surpassed that of those whom you call Extremist, you know as well as i know that Wahabi influence among Somalis is minimal, there are more of us influenced by Gaalos than Islam(unfortunate as it is)....and yes give credit where its due, but dont just fly aimlessly my friend.

I have a challenge for you, take your time ( a day, a week, or a month) and tell me why a section called "general forum" contains endless topics (much of it copy and paste) on islam.? Tell me and the readers why somalis (99% muslims) should be subjected to the likes of what somalislitz writes.

Secondly, I guess you live in the east coast of the USA. Do you see ppl stopping you and asking what faith you belong to? or people telling you about christinianity on the streets?????


Third, tell me and the rest of the forummers why somalis on the internet should be subjected to issues that does not concern them: wars in arab countries while our own ppl are dying???


Fourth, tell us why somalis are fond of criticizing the hands that feeds them (the fact of the matter is that many somalis including you were given a safe heaven, made into human beings, accorded rights that you dream of, and more importantly the right to express yourself). Why is that our discourse is based on gaalo this, gaalo that.?
