How do you know that I'm a chef yaaqay? :D

Honestly, I'm an adventerous eater/cooker...I'll eat anything or cook anything as long as it does not have pork (of course) and tastes great. Personally, I like diversity...from Somali, American, Ethiopian (yes my Ehtiopian friend taught me!), and I every now and then try dishes from Arab countries, Italian, and Asian...no kiddin wallahi...but at the moment sorry I can't share any.

I will start so here goes:

Breakfast
1. Soudjouk omelette - Turkish sausage (beef), mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, zuchini, italian parsley and shredded cheddar cheese with made from scratch hollandaise sauce

Lunch
2. ThebNw grilled Chicken tanduri - chicken breasts marinated overnight with secret yet simple marinade
-Saffron rice - I cook it the Somali way - raisin, cumin, cinnamon etc
-Cucumber and yogurt salad - dill, roasted garlic which I mash it to paste, s & p to taste

Dinner
3. Spaghetti and meatballs - I was told that my pasta sauce is out of this world ;)
- Served with simple greek salad and again I make my own dressing
Man that can cook, that is a real turn on - You are a man right??
