I am guessing you're just joking but if you're serious then it's all about choices and here is how it goes:

Whatever it's you're craving, there's always a healthy option of it, or you can always have it in moderation. And instead of making unhealthy choices (like eating fast foods etc) make a habit to buy your food healthy and fresh and cook it at home.
