No. Superiority complex is when you hold your nose up and don't mix with or even bother talking about the people you look down on, like the Swiss who couldn't give a rats arse about anyone else. Inferiority complex is when you go out of your way to argue or prove that you are somehow better than the people you say you look down on.

I just thought-It seems the person thinks highly of himself compared to his fellow beings,but he doesn't appear to be in reality.

They are in essence the same thing in the sense of trying to hold on to something that doesn't exist but the difference is how it is done. Superiority doesn't go around trying to prove it.
