puntland has never been a secure place to live. in fact, almost all the killings that take place in puntland are retaliatory killings which are more freightning than random killing. and individuals with wealth, educators, and expatriots are at greater risk of being killed just because someone from their tribe has done "something" to someone from another tribe. you know, this sort of things used to happen back in the days when arabs used to burry their daughters alive and we are here in the twenth century and resorting to this kind jaahiliyah! sad!

But let me remind you, this thing happens often, even in the most stable places, you can't cure an age-old problem of violent nomads. This really isn't an issue, as it doesn't affect the stability of the state nor the state of politics.
