Sesame oil
garlic
potatoes(Chopped in small cubes)
chicken suqaar/beef suqaar
onion
red/green bell peppers
Jalapenos(or powder)
Salt & pepper
Paprika
Soy sauce
Add Sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, let it sit then add chicken/suqaar with the potatoes(DABOOL). Add other ingredients in whichever order. When you noticed the meat is almost ready, throw in the onions and bell peppers then let it sit for 3-5 more minutes(DABOOL). When the meat turns golden, add soy sauce, let THAT sit for about 1 minute. It's now ready to serve. Oh btw, make sure the suqaar is dry.(Place in the lid again/DABOOL)...
On a small cooking pot, add a little bit of canned tomato sauce, Sesame oil, onion, salt, pepper, bisbaas, a bit of water(avoid making it thick) and garlic... You can add other ingredients to make it a little spicy.
On the third stove, you make baasto with it... I don't need to explain baasto to you!
So you now have baasto served with tomato suugo and a mouth watering chicken/suqaar. I'll make it this week and post it on here!
Shit, now I'm hungry!

Here is my favorite , I inherited this recipe from my Grandayeeyo,
it is been a family secret for centuries and my ancestors were the solo guardians of this recipe
It's a little complicated so you might bring a pen and piece of paper .... Here we go
Ingredients
1-2 liters of water
2-half a cup of sugar
3-three spoons of tea
4- a cup of half/half milk
Now let's do this thing ....
First- bring kidhli wayn or digsi
Second-but the water in the kidhli and wait till it boils
Third - add the sugar iyo caleen and wait another 5 min
Fourth-dabka ka qaad and serve it hot
The result is very Staggering
P.s. ladies please no compliments I'm already too fabulous
