Dont encourage the faraxs Olive. The extra 20 lb will accumulate on the stomach and God knows those stick legs cant support that

Inshallah, my aim is to read the quran thoroughly and maybe understand it more. I also want to pray all 30days taraweeh, and the last 10 days tukhjud. I also want to remain as quiet as possible, and that will be that hardest. Aside from seeking to grow spiritually, I don't want to neglect my weight training program. As I am writing this writing now, I am also preparing my Ramadan working program. It's difficult, but inshallah I want to NOT lose a single pound and keep my body the way its unlike last ramadan.

This ramadan is going to be easy, I'm cut off from most of the world the only people I see nowadays are family and co workers. Living like a recluse the past few months has payed off
no friends tempting me
no girls tempting me...if I stick to my recluse routine of communicating with family and co workers only then I should be fine, this is the only one I am worried about.
no flower is gonna tempt me, oh those allergies are troublesome.

Pray, pray, pray and workout and get my Islamic knowledge up insha'allah.

I hope this ramadaan changes me for the better for good, not just only for 30 days.
