They contribute with NO STRINGS ATTATCHED exactly when its needed, with little fanfare or publicity unlike the West which first launches all these preconditions and even more will make 100x more of a show about it. Also respect to UAE. Without UAE trade/investment with Somalia for all these years, and their aid contributions who else knows Where Somalia would be. May Allah increase their wealth.

Surely, you must be having a laugh, no? Kuwait and the other filthy rich Arab countries were only spurred into action after the much loathed infidels made hue and cry about dying Somalis. Where were they before that?

Murax,i agree with u.here is what i said in another thread

those three countires have been the backbone of any somali developments and charity in the past 2 decades.in fact the kuwaiti charity of al-manhal has provided more medical care,food and built more hospitals and educational institutions more than the entire UN agencies and Medicine saint frontier combined.hey help us quietly and consistantly.They do it for Islamnimo while the west is doing for PR purposes.there is no comparison.
