Xarun = HQ or Department or Building
wasaarada boostada = the ministry of postal service


which country names a postal service for a minister :lol: :lol: :lol:

You should see this youtube clip of a Dhullos postal minister of SL in Las Anod talking to the elders. They told this elder waxa joogo Wasiirka boostada and he said to them Boosta ma shaqeeyso ee mobile ayaa shaqeeyo :lol: :lol:
