Hispanics doesn't necessarily mean Mexicans, apparently it applies to all people who originated from a Spanish speaking country, so that includes white and black South Americans.

^ Most of them come from Mexico though. And the vast majority of them are Mestizos. Only 8-10% of Mexicans are white.

As Hispanics climb up the economic ladder, their fertility rates will decrease.

I have no problem with Hispanics though, they mind their own business and work hard.

The push back has already started. Mexicans have basically been expelled from Arizona, Alabama, and Georgia.
I assume you are talking about the illegals? Despite Arizona's legal stance, I think it is mostly the economy doing this. Plus, I hear the domestic Mexican economy is doing better.

I don't know what the situation is in your part of the country, but we have four Spanish-language channels on our regular TV programming. Plus one that switches between Tagalog, Vietnamese, Cantonese and Mandarin. LA has an Hispanic mayor;San Francisco and Oakland both have Chinese Mayors. Personally, I have no desire to visit LA, but I don't feel threatened. Mexican activists such as Cesar Chavez and the La Rasa group have sought equality of access to pay and medical care, basic human rights they should never have been denied in the first place. Many of the "Mexicans" in California, Arizona and California have been there for generations, indeed are either Natives or original settlers from the Spanish period. As a group, they have been more anti-illegals than most Whites.
