So all have the rights then :?

For instance the 4.5 doesn't distinguish between whether that clan is from Ethiopia kenya or Djibouti and in the past when the Somali republic was the Somali republic every Somali Speaking person was automatically a Somali person and would have the right to have the citizenship of the Somali republic citizenship. Many Djiboutians have the Somalia Passport

How ever a person born in Djibouti can become president of Somaliland since his people also live in Somaliland and are citizens of Somaliland , for instance daahir rayaale kahin was born in Ethiopia and became the president of Somaliland

I reckon Somalilanders might feel like all their hard work for recognition was for naught if they allowed a Mareexaan, for example, to be the president of Somaliland. Probably wouldn't matter if the guy was born and raised in Hargeisa.

In the south a heck of a lot of Somalis have dual citizenship so the future in terms of foreign policy will be very interesting.
Like have you heard the favourite to be next president of SL was born in Mogadishu and is born raised with marexaan reer abti he should be the president for diversity

You said "if she marries a none-Somalilander" without specifying yet goes on to say Riyaale was born in Ethiopia and....

So, is it only marrying someone from Somalia that make her loos her citizenship, or even marrying from NFD and Ogadenia?

Article 9: Marriage of a female citizen and an alien

1. Any female alien who marries a male (Somaliland) citizen shall acquire[38] Somaliland citizenship and, unless she has renounced it, shall retain such citizenship even after her divorce.

2. Any female (Somaliland) citizen who marries a male alien shall lose her citizenship if she accepts[39] her husband’s citizenship.

3. A female citizen, who is married to a husband who has renounced his Somaliland citizenship and acquired another citizenship, shall lose[40] her (Somaliland) citizenship unless the husband was a refugee.

4. A woman who loses Somaliland citizenship because of marriage may re-acquire such citizenship if the circumstances[41] set out in this Law apply to her.
Number 3 makes no sense.

Other than that and the sexist patriarchal system being reflected in the constitution there is nothing there about a female Somailander losing her citizenship if she marries a non-Somalilander.

Most of the time she will accept his citizenship since she will move away from Somaliland thats why she aint going to live in Somaliland the moment she leaves the country she loses her citizenship.

If she accepts his citizenship then she loses her Somaliland one, from what I have read Somaliland only accepts dual citizenship for Somalilanders who gained their first citizenship before getting a chance to claim their Somaliland one.

So the point is her losing her citizenship is dependent on her accepting a foreign one and this has nothing to do with physically leaving Somaliland.

Lets say if a woman marries a kuwaiti man and she moved to kuwait and she will accept his kuwait citizenship and moves there she will lose her citizenship.
