With Shariif as the president and Sakiin as the speaker of parliament I wonder why anyone would even question if anyone is qualified to hold a position in this TFG.

What makes a person qualified to be a politician to begin with? And why do somalis refer to Sh Sharif as simply a dugsi teacher?

The Taxi driver holds an MBA, 2 other degrees and has 20 years Banking experience also Banking experience at Director level.
The Dugsi teacher has got 2 Bachelor's degree, former academic, former judge, and leader of Union of Islamic courts.
