If this video is the only reason they fired Cawke then they just overreacted & are not professionals.
If there was a written complaint to the TV or a clear demonstration by a group of people about what he said then the TV or Cawke himself should have apologized & said what he meant by what he said. "Djibouti is hot, has mosquitoes & bad electricity" and "You're fired"?
