The Minister should be accountable for his actions. He participated along with Ximan iyo Xeeb, Galmudug, Puntland and TFg in Meetings in Nairobi, Londen and recently again in NY. The Guurti asked for explanation but he is avoiding them. Xaaji Waraabe gave an intervieuw and saying the Minister refuses to explain what kind of meetings these were.

He represent Somaliland abroad, then he should explain to Somaliland what he is doing.
