When you go to a "nice" restaurant they tend to take your request into consideration, just say is there wine in this/could you tell me the alcohol free meals or is it possible to have this without the alcohol :up:

If you cook wine the alcohol will evaporate, it will dissapear completely and the left over is essentially grape juice. Some people suggest to use grape juice as an alternative, but it contains too much sugar so it doesnt have the same taste. If you´re following a recept that contains wine you can replace it with cider vinegar, but use a lesser dosage rate than wine or else the taste will be too strong. There are lots of alternatives no need to use wine. Try unsweetened grape juice combined with lemon juice or regular vinegar :ugeek:
