Is Sheikh Khalid Yasin a fraud?

i dont like when 90% of the speech is just shouting like an stereotypical black christian preacher.

Is he African American? I heard (hearsay) there was an African American lecturer who asked Somalis to pay a lot of money minutes before he was supposed to speak @ a Minneapolis convention center Somali Islamic event. Event planners said no and he insulted Somalis calling them dirty and uncivilized. I dont what is true about this.

Yeah when I met him, that was one of the things that stood out to me, his short height, and how old he was. I haven't listen to a lot of his lectures, he is a good speaker though, but he seems to me a lost man.

Apparently most other sheikhs wives that come are so low key you don't even realise they're there. You're likely to sit on one by accident cuz they're so invisible

Regardless if this is true of him, and I personally won't judge till I've learnt more, I can say there are others doing the same. Some have even fled after taking what they could. I'm always wary when it comes to people asking for donations to support projects. Some say don't live your life in suspicion of others, but a little skepticism can help.
