The end goal at least for me is federation of Jubbaland State with Kenya through referendum but of course until we get to that stage, I will savor the fact that the Republic of Kenya has finally gotten involved in the land and until annexation will be possible, patronship and suzerainty is something I can appreciate.

I think this issue proves how far I have come from clan think and how adamant I am in the future of Jubbaland State being in the Kenya-influence camp. While the Ogaden celebrate this because they think Azania/Gandi, I celebrate this because Shabaab is finally being expelled and because the possibility of my dreams for the land (suzereinty at the least, and federation at the most with Kenya) is being shown to be limitless.

But why would you want suzerainty instead of protectorship? But then, you want later annexation so it makes sense.
