i am anti federalism but pro every man ruling his town and one central goverment. in england a major of the town is someone born there and a local he wont be from some other town because the people wont accept that.

How is this guy comparing English mayors to Somali clan states ??? Do English mayors or regions try to create their own foreign policy that is different than the Prime Minister's? Do they encroach in matters of taxation, national defense, education curriculum etc? Or do they have a limited set of areas that they are in charge of that don't conflict with the unity of the country? LOL @ starting a thread like this one then harboring the ideas you have, what an oxymoron.
