No generally Ciidagale don't have a sultan excluding the Abokor Muusa Sultaan in Ethiopia
Ciidagale have Caaqil, but Sultaan Maxammad is seen as the Ciidagale Sultan or some times as the Garxajis Sultan eventhough his tittle is that of the Isaaq but he is not as great as his Grandfather and does not come close to his leadership Sultan Diiriye Isaaq will never ever have a leader Like Sultaan Diiriye . Most isaaqs and Somalilanders respect his tittle because of his lineage annd because they respect reer suldaan and because of the legacy of his grand daddy but that's about it. Sultan Maxammd is talking about a habar magaadle shir ma ninkasa la odhan kara wa suldaan Isaaq
But his tittle is Ceremonial
Ilaahoow odayadi isaaq u naxariiso sultaan diiriye sultaan farax sultaan Cabdullahi
