Just today an MP got killed by a TFG "soldier' and the thread was all laughs and jokes. If it was an alShabaab attack the moral outrage would be out of control. Seems like a certain type of violence/murder is socially acceptable lol. I could care less either way, but the hypocrisy is glaring.

First of all the MP was killed because of his clan, no rumours, even the AP is reporting this.

If you want to use the famine to justify the disconnect, then where is the moral outrage when TFG soldiers rob famine aid on a weekly basis You can barely get any replies if someone posted a thread linking to rapes by TFG "soldiers" at IDP camps, but if alShabaab was in the title the outrage would flood

I applaude the men in uniform who shot down the Kenyan terrorist in Xamar, the Somali men in uniform who put their life on the line everyday in Mogadisho so that the local Xamaris can go about their day without getting their limps chopped. The people in Xamar know what's good for them and Al Shabaab is not on their "what I want for Eid" wish list.

The Bay n Bakool folks are running to Mogadisho and away from Al Shabaab's rule. They line up everyday in the IDP camps to be fed while TFG soldiers safeguard their safety.
If the TFG controlled areas were so bad close to half a million people would not be running towards it for shelter and food. Erdogan wouldn't dream of stepping foot in it let alone open an embassy.

TFG soldiers may have their shortcomings but they made us proud in Xamar.
The Somali people who donate camels to them every month know what i'm on about.
