Btw, I don't think the decision was solely up to the Somali Football Association. I think FIFA had a big role in deciding where Somalia should play their games.

This is where you think a FIFA World Cup qualifying game can be held? It has nothing to do with anything other than the logistics, if there was something manageable within Somalia they'd play there, but there simply isn't.
