Zinji sooner or later the koonfurians need to accept that Somaliland is long gone if they do not accept Somaliland withdrawal from the union than they can fight the People of Somaliland the question are they ready to fight another 3 decade to fight against the people of Somaliland i don't think so they are still in a state of civil war when they come out of that their will be talks and discussions i know the first attempt will fail the second maybe two but a peaceful solution is the answer. If Ethiopia agreed with Eritrea's withdrawal from Ethiopia if Sudan and South sudan agreed to go their separate ways, I don't think there will be a big problem between Somaliland and Somalia since Somalia has much of the fertile land and rivers and also have access to sea they will not have a problem with that and i do not think Population of Somalia wants to go to war with Somaliland

Reunification with the south is unanimously opposed. Not a single Somalilander I know wants reunification. Not a single Somali from the rest of the country wants Somaliland to stay independent. Unless we are very careful, peace in the south of Somalia will mean war in the north.

Wars are mostly if not all are waged because of disagreements.
this is the problem with the typical somali, even their youth have meaning they will pass this belive to the next generation and so on.

you have been fighting for 20 years, it will not solve any thing , obviously you need to think out side the paradigm to solve the problems.

in my opinion there is one best solution for the so called somalia.......... by the way the average somali doesnt belive in somalia unless his tribe is ruling the country, that is a fact.

if you magically put the idoors in somalia as the presidents they will forget about independence for their enclave. but the sooner you put a darood or whatever, they will never even consider changing their minds.

if you even get the chance to recreate somalia, the same thing that destroyed will happen again.

like i said, we need to think outside the paradigm, and create states with federations, and if a state wants to opt out, why not?

i support idoor breaking away if they wish, the fact remains they dont want to remain in somalia, a 10 year old idoor kid in school asked my cousin if he is from somaliland. you can not compete with such regrooming at home, the infection continues.

they can break away if they want, its their will full right to exercise and defend themselves from aggression to have their own self right to rule themselves.

.........but as an Absame, all i would put as a clause is that my Dhulbahante cousins territories are not taken away with somaliland and thus Dhulbahante is given the option to create their regions into a state of their own. they too should voice their interest.

if we follow the malaysian system, we can stay strong yet independent of each other as a federation.

Teeri:

Dont federations have one head that acts as the top dowg who represents
them?

If so does it really make any difference because at the end of the day someone
has to act as the head of the combined states to voice their needs and wants to
the rest of the world.

Realisticly speaking, the writer high-lighted a plausible theory that I never considered nor entertained before.
