Neutral. I have lots of family in Saudi, spent time there, even have relatives who have Saudi passports. It has its good and its bad. Politically I find myself not being the greatest fan of the Saudi foreign policy most of the time. Not a fan of polarizing opinions that either glorify them or try to make the country seem 100 percent terrible.
