Gaas cannot be sacked or cannot resign (Kampala Accord), however Sakiin himself cannot be sacked because of Kampala Accord. However this last two months there was political movement that enabled Shariff Sakiin to be sacked.

p.s. Farmaajo was never sacked, he resigned himself because he refused to allow Sakiin to add people in his cabinet.

Farmaajo was brought to Uganda by Ethiopia under the influence of Shariff Sakiin.

Adan Madoobe was under Abdullahi Yusuf government and doesn't make up Sheik Shariff's governance, when Shariff became President he nominated his father-in-law and friend Sakiin.

Farmaajo was forced to resign by his own knowledge, nobody told him to resign he wanted to reject corruption. Read the full story above

When Shariif became President. Adan Madoobe was still speaker and was for a while until Shariif Hassan became Speaker. Madoobe served under Shariif.
