I guess the sub sub sub clan ones are to help out specific tuulos and stuff.

Committees are way better its more people though and its better organized with a chairman and vice, and different departments to help out in like one for education another for hospitals another for road development and your in constant contact with backhome, always raising money and awareness etc. They meet every 2 months or so for new developments. It words well

I see. Yes it is useful having a committee to make thing easier so you don't have to set up from scratch every time you want to contribute something back home.
