akhi, takfeer is a part of shareecah nacm, lakin it has qawaacid and sharaaid and even then, the real tafaasiil is upon the ulama. especially tafkeer mu3ayin, it is something heavy and significant, only someone who has strong conviction and uses the daleel correctly can speak of such. people misusing elements of the religion without knowledge is without doubt a victim of his own jahl. sh salah fawzaan pinpointed this in his book as the first reason why people fall into 'inxiraaf' i.e. straying away from the path of the salaf.
