I think the whole fast food thing is exaggerated. From what I heard from people who've worked there, they really don't have the time to do that. They're way to busy reading screens. But perhaps depending on how insulting you are, they may take the time to give you an extra topping. Which is why I'm exceedingly polite to whoever handles my food

I saw the toothbrush thing on Mythbusters some years ago. I forget the result.

Alpha,

Lmao your clueless.

Me and my white friend used to do it at Wendy's back in 2004. We have "Spit A" and "Spit B". Spit A was the normal spit while Spit B was the "clearing of the throat" spit.

It happens. I've done it maybe 10 burgers a shift on average. But those r the old days when I was a iyaal. I am much mature now.

I was young and clueless. I was around 14 or 15 at the time. This wasn't recently. But I feel bad doing it. If it makes you feel any better, I only did it to non-somalis while the white boy focused on fat trailer truck drivers

A1, apart from playing with your food (though as you've mentioned it might happen if you're a tool + your skin color might play a role sometimes too  ), the thing is, imagine that a teenage girl/boy (most of the fast food workers here are college/high school students) who are getting paid minimum wage with a crappy job will give a toss to properly wash their hands after toilet/touching other nasty stuff? Do you think they will throw away your meal if a cockroach or other nasty insects fall into your food and make a new one while you're not there and saw what happened yourself?

Yes, there are rules and hygiene/sanitary guidelines in that industry but who's there policing it 24/7? Young people do their job perfect when there's a supervisor/manager but just try to look through that tiny window when you're waiting for your order next time and see the level of carelessness, teenagers talking between themselves while making the meal & not paying enough attention, having those silly teenage giggles etc just send those scary waves into my brain.

Since I have this fear about such places things I have to scare the hell out of everyone else as much as I can. Why should I be the only one suffering?

Lol I was getting around 7$, cut me some slack. I needed some fun and entertainment in my life since the wage back then was slave-like.

And managers don't adhere to that sanitary policy or watch whether employees follow it. The same manager at my Wendy's used to put one of his hands in his boxers while working and handling the food when staff was short-staffed.... But ill stop there lol

Go to Subway for food. Or go to fast food but never get their burgers
