Got the same problem, I could excercise everything else off except my thighs and hips and i have been doing the thigh exercises at the gym,the one where u push in and pull out almost a year, no results yet.

Beans it happened to me you know , that is one of the reasons why i hate the hugeness of my thighs and hips.
