Same thing happened to this somali girl I know recently. Her biological clock must have been ticking extra fast.
She was engaged to a arab guy tha she knew for like a week.
I said salam to the girl at school once in front of her soon to be husband'
she comes back to me 10 minutes later and says never say salam to me again (fiance is the jelous type)
Long story short they broke up before the marriage
