I was a prolific bullshitter in high school.
I routinely used to turn suspensions into in school suspensions into detentions into lunch detentions. By then, they'd forget all about me

I once turned in a assignment 3 weeks after dead-line, I was suppose to hand it in before christmas holidays but instead I went on a holiday and travelled abroad when I got back I told my proffessor that I already sent it to her and that she should check her email, she did and I told her that I must have got the emails mixed up, she believed me
She was a good lady though, she liked me, she would give me extentions all the time.

The tricks in this thread are really old, and I'm not sure how any instructor could fall for them except perhaps the very new and naive ones.

I make it a personal choice from time to time, to only pick foreign instructors/professors just so that I can get my way in the end. Nothing beats that.
