Almost always yes. This way, I am more clean and the washroom can smell of Irish Spring soap and Head and Shoulders instead of feces.

Imagine you have guests over or one of your friends wants to use your washroom and it smells like a sewer

@complicated. lol @ritual. Are you one of those people who just wipe with toilet paper once or twice and leave the washroom? Aint nothing complicated or "ritual" like about it.

First wipe with toilet paper
Then wash with water
Then wipe with toilet paper
Then wash with water
Then wipe with toilet paper
If I happen to be home I will take a 2 minute shower.
If I am not home I will go home to take a 10 minute shower.

I take bathroom etiquette seriously.

Being in America I see no reason for people not to use toilet paper first considering there's no dearth of toilet paper in here but that shyt alone doesn't get you clean. You gotta compliment it with water. I wonder why the gaalo haven't discovered the purity of water?
