Yes thats him, he is the younger one, the older one named Ahmed was stopped once driving with no insurance and ran over 2 police men, one of the police officers was in acoma for 5 months

reddish is the older one, macadcada was sent back home few years ago due to too much Police cases, as far as i know i dont think he will ever set foot here again.
