I mean a Muslim knows not to get jealous of the next person due to what Allah has blessed that person. Their rizq is already written and also instead of envy they can ask Allah to bless them as well through dua. Basically one has faith and the other doesn’t and their envy is directed wrong way.

well, what if it isn't due to physically possession? what about trait such as beauty, height, etc? or intellect? or ability to recite quran?
muslims can get jealous just as much as anyone else.

I dont know I dont even think about non-Muslims giving evil eye but they are human beings too.

aayah (interpretation of the meaning):

“And verily, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their
eyes (through hatred) when they hear the Reminder (the Qur’aan)…”

[al-Qalam 68:51]

Al-Saddi said: “[This means] they would harm you with their eyes (evil
eye).” Tafseer al-Baghawi, 8/202.
