It's going to be permanent arrangement & will switch to a direct Istanbul-Mogadishu flight by end of the year. Currently, there are Somali pilots being trained in Turkey & there's an understanding for Turkey to help set-up the National Carrier for Somalia & expand Mogadishu's Aden Cade International. Work at Aden Cade International will start soon.

This turkish obsession with Mog seems too good to be true. Twisted has your uncle secretly signed away all of Somalia's Uranium stock or something?

No, we are just too good at playing Politics from lobbying for UNISOM, AMISOM & now forging strategic ties with the Turksabdi.ismail wrote:RovingMadness wrote:It's going to be permanent arrangement & will switch to a direct Istanbul-Mogadishu flight by end of the year. You gotta admit though there's something tasty in it for the turks as well. Maybe exclusive contracting deals to build infrastructure or business incentives for turkish companies to work in Somalia etc. Anyway keep hustling.RovingMadness wrote:No, we are just too good at playing Politics from lobbying for UNISOM, AMISOM & now forging strategic ties with the Turksabdi.ismail wrote:RovingMadness wrote:It's going to be permanent arrangement & will switch to a direct Istanbul-Mogadishu flight by end of the year. Right now there's nothing in Somalia that's attractive to anyone. Whatever we get is largely a means of charity.

You like to lie don't you. There is no Somali pilots being trained in Turkey at the moment. It's plans in the works and something I would personally know ahead of time for obvious reason.RovingMadness wrote:It's going to be permanent arrangement & will switch to a direct Istanbul-Mogadishu flight by end of the year.
