This is not true. Hawiyes and Reer Djibouti people are dark as fuck, most other Somalis are naturally lighter than them.

I don't see that much difference of skin color between Somalis..At the end of the day we are all black...But if you folks are talking about the little difference of skin tone not color...The most "lighter" skinned Somalis actually hail from Hawiya clan namely Baadicadde and Gaaljecel...These women are called "Xiimay"...The second ones are from Digil and Mirifle clans and they are the Hadamos/Laysaan...They are also the most beautiful Somali women..The 3rd and 4th are the Nuux Ismaciil (HA), Dhulos/OG/Leelkase and Habaryounis women... Ask the old lady these stuff as you are 14yrs olds who don't even know Somali clans and their looks..

What is all this clan nonsense? Last time I checked all Somalis look alike. Either we have light brown skin or dark brown skin, but we look alike. Maybe if you live in a village you think your girls are the best but if you get out of that village you will see that we all look alike. I'm Hawiye/Habir Gidir and I have light brown skin. But I admit I tan easily in the hot sun, and I think I'm still beautiful in the summer when I tan. But I'm sure if I lived in Mogadishu and didn't have sunblock I would burn all the time. I remember how tan my mother became when she came back from Mogadishu. It is hot. But tans go away after a month. But those poor girls in Somalia just bleach themselves until they get cancer, since they don't know that if you use sunblock your skin won't tan when it is hot.

I always hated the light skin and dark skin arguement. Being light or dark doesn't make you beautiful or every trailer trash white women is automactically beautiful, because they are more light than anyone!!! White women are not all beautiful especially not American ones.

But being beautiful is NOT about your skin color it is about your facial structure. Most Somali girls have beautiful facial structure nice nose, lips, cheekbones, and even get nices curves. We are beautiful women. Somali women are the most beautiful in Africa.
