ALL Arab countries have serious human rights problems when it comes to minorities with black people faring the worst. So the problem is bigger than one country or incident like this one. It is cultural and political. They mistreat all weak people: domestic workers, 3rd world foreign workers, religious minorities, etc. Interestingly they never discriminate against foreign workers from developed and strong countries. Of all the foreigners that Saudi Arabia ever beheaded, none were from any Europe, North America, Japan, Australia... almost all were from places like Somalia, bangaldish, etc.

All undeveloped countries have human rights issues where the strong prey on the weak. You have political corruption,no respect for basic rights and injustice.I wouldn't expect much from their average joe to respect rights when he doesn't have any. Saudi does behead its citizens btw.

But it doesn't justify hating a race. Neither are Somalis ''black- friendly'' or very accommodating to minorities either.

Saxanow, Saudi Arabia along with the all the gulf states are developed countries. The rest of the Arab world with the exception of perhaps Yemen are middle to upper middle income countries - that is the SAME level of development as China, Indonesia, Malaysia. The mistreatment meted out to minorities and specially blacks in Arab countries is something unique and different that transcends the shortcomings of underdevelopment. It is political and cultural.

Developed in terms of infrastructure? Yes.Basic rights?No. Saudi has a lot of poor Saudi citizens living in shanty areas and with the amount of oil they have it's disgusting.

These other East Asian countries you mentioned also mistreats minorities. Mistreatment of minorities isn't something unique to Arabs only.Heck, an Arab person is mistreated in his own country by his own leaders and by everybody else outside the middle east.

If I catch a Libyan on the street I will confront him about this issue and duel him on the spot, f-king savages, you don't treat your worst enemy like that, only kill in the heat of the battle or in a honorable way giving some chance to the opponent.
