I don't get asked because qaran gets paid by each house, I only paid it once because I wanted to contribute to what they were collecting for. Do your family collect it a lot? Because I only hear of it mar dhif eh.

It doesnt happen that often green but the reasoning for it is kinda skewed. if some testosterone led guy stabs someone,he should be dealt with by the system in place but not by paying off the family using this money which can help those in need.

I have no problem in helping prevent a bigger issue but this is the wrong way of dealing with this.This will just encourage dudes like him to do stuff without suffering the consequences.
